What is TakumiForm?

TakumiForm is a web service for owners of Google Forms. You sign in with Google. We read the forms you own (read-only), let you customize how they look — colors, fonts, layout, button labels, your logo — and give you a snippet you can paste on any website to embed the styled form.

When a respondent submits, the answers go back to Google Forms on your behalf. Your existing Google Sheet keeps receiving responses, and any Apps Script or Sheets automations you've already wired up keep working. Nothing changes on Google's side — more people just reach your form.

The name: takumi (匠) is Japanese for an artisan or master craftsman. Takumi Form is the same idea applied to the most common form in the world — your Google Form, but finished properly.

Sign-in only asks for your name and email — no sensitive Google scopes on the website. Form data reaches us through the TakumiForm add-on you install in your Google Form (per-form access only, no broad Drive or Sheets permissions). Submissions are forwarded back to Google Forms on your behalf, so responses keep landing in your existing Google Sheet through Google's own pipeline. Described in full in our Privacy Policy.

What's live today

Stuff Google Forms doesn't do out of the box. More on the way.

Your branding, not Google's

Pick colors, fonts, button style, and corner radius. Upload a logo. Three presets if you don't want to fuss with the knobs.

Works on any site

One snippet, any host. Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, Framer, plain HTML — anywhere a script tag works.

No republish dance

Edit the form on Google, the embed picks it up. No "click publish to update" loop that costs you a deploy every time.

Your words, your thank-you

Replace "Submit" and "Required" with whatever you want. Send respondents to your own URL after they're done.

Three lines on any site.

Paste this once. Your form shows up styled, the same Google Sheet keeps catching responses, the embed auto-resizes to fit its container.

<!-- TakumiForm embed -->
<div data-takumiform="your-form-id"></div>
<script src="https://takumiform.com/embed.js" async></script>

Drop into WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Framer, or a plain HTML page. No iframe, no login wall, no Google Sites lock-in.

Questions people ask

How is this different from Formfacade?

One brand instead of four. Formfacade fragments into Formfacade, Formesign, Neartail, Promptrepo — separate sign-ups, separate bills. TakumiForm is one account, one product. We also drop the republish dance: edit your form in Google, the embed picks it up automatically.

How does the 7-day trial work?

Sign in with Google and you have every paid feature unlocked for 7 days. No credit card needed up front. On day 8 the paid features stop unless you've subscribed. Subscribing during the trial is fine — we won't bill you until day 7.

What can I do today?

Sign in with Google, connect a form, customize the look, and embed it on your site. The customize page covers colors, fonts, layout, button style, your logo, custom thank-you, and a redirect URL after submit. Auto-sync from Google is included.

Do I still need a Google Form?

Yes. We sit on top of your existing form, so responses keep flowing into the same Google Sheet you already use.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your forms, responses, and settings stay in your account — nothing is deleted on unsubscribe. The forms just stop accepting new submissions until you reactivate. Pick up where you left off any time.
