Annual billing is roughly half off the monthly rate, charged once a year. Same features, same caps. If you're sure about TakumiForm, annual saves a lot. If you're still evaluating, monthly is the safer pick, and you can switch to annual any time and we'll prorate.

No. Your price is locked the day you subscribe. New features land in your existing plan at no extra charge; if we ever reprice, that applies to new signups only.

Each form submission accepted in the last 30 days, across all of your forms combined. Rolling window: there's no monthly reset date, the count just drops as old submissions age past 30 days.

The form stops accepting new responses. Anyone who tries to submit sees a "this form is no longer accepting responses" message; the form owner sees the same in the dashboard with a CTA to upgrade. New submissions resume as soon as the trailing window drops below the cap or you upgrade.
